Hi, I’m Monika — founder of Sippora, coffee lover, and proud mum of four.

I’ve never been one to follow the ordinary. I get bored with the usual, the expected. So when I had the chance to bring sustainably grown, hand-picked specialty coffee to the UK, I knew I couldn’t stop there. Coffee isn’t just about the beans—it’s about the entire experience. That’s why I created Sippora (read: Sip Aurora)—to elevate your coffee ritual with unique, high-quality brewing equipment that stands out.

And because I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t do things differently, I made sure Sippora isn’t just about great products. It’s about values. My family and I are deeply committed to the planet, the people who grow our coffee, and leaving the world better than we found it. That’s why we source only eco-friendly products, support tree-planting initiatives, and give back to coffee-growing communities (spoiler: they’re not all rich farmers, but more on that in my blog). We also commit to low waste and carbon-neutral practices because sustainability isn’t just a trend—it’s the only way forward.
